THE PROPERTY

Torfeddy is a delightful cottage on the ever increasingly popular NC500 route in the beautiful area of Assynt. The house is a traditional stone built house which is over 100 years old. It was bought in 2019 and lovingly transformed into the delightful cottage you see today.

The house has been modernised having had a brand new kitchen installed featuring a hob and oven, separate fridge and freezer along with a dishwasher ( let’s face it who wants to tackle dishes when they’re on holiday) and a washing machine. The large kitchen also has a table for meals. The kitchen also offers a coffee maker, sandwich toaster, microwave, kettle and toaster along with an iron and an ironing board. The lounge has a cosy electric fireplace, perfect for winter evenings and a brand new sofa with a TV, DVD player along with a selection of family DVDs and board games.

It has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles) along with a small room suitable for a child/ teen with a full sized single bed. Both double rooms offer ample storage space whilst the single has draw space only. The large family bathroom is located downstairs and has a bath with shower attachment plus heated towel rail and heater, it is equipped with a small array of toiletries.

Included in the cost of your stay is electricity and all bed linen and towels.
